You would think that the supposed win of the White House by aging Democratic candidate Joe Biden would be enough to satiate the political left for a while – albeit short. However, that seems to not be the case. Here we are a little over a month from the election and mere weeks from Biden taking over the Oval Office, and still, all liberal lawmakers seem to want to do is attack President Trump and those who support him.

Michigan Representative Cynthia Johnson is no exception. But unlike most liberals, who can’t refrain from giving some harsh or critical word, Johnson is taking things to a whole new level.

She’s actually issuing threats – and calling on her followers or fans to make those threats become a reality.

On Tuesday evening, this elected official decided to take her frustrations with Trump and his supporters to the airwaves and social media.

She told her audience, “So this is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful. Walk lightly. We ain’t playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough.”

But she couldn’t just leave it at that. She had to make sure her threats would be carried out.

“And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right. Be in order. Make them pay.”

Now, I don’t know about you, but that doesn’t sound very nice. Nor is it Christian or American.

So what exactly got her all riled up?

Well, as you may know, her home state is one of many where controversial legal battles are taking place over the 2020 election and possible instances of fraud. Furthermore, as a once well-respected lawmaker, Johnson has played an integral role in those battles, as she is the vice chairwoman of the Michigan House Oversight Committee.

Last week, this title allowed her to be part of the hearings within the state’s House on voting irregularities.

But, just as in this video threat, she didn’t exactly handle herself in the most professional manner. In fact, on numerous occasions, the committee’s chair had to pretty much reprimand her in front of the entire nation because of her continuous outbreaks and “out of order” behavior in the court.

Naturally, after seeing her shameful behavior, many in the nation were disappointed with her and quite a bit reprimanding in their own right. According to Johnson, she received more than once nasty or hateful voicemail and even a few that were rather threatening. One, in particular, was worth noting.

According to Johnson and a report written on the situation by the Washington Post, it said, “You should be swinging from a f–ing rope, you Democrat.”

Now, if Johnson did indeed receive such a message, I could certainly see why she might be upset. It’s uncalled for, to say the least. No one should ever be that hateful or threatening just because we don’t agree on politics or even how we should handle ourselves.

However, I don’t see how her response, the very threatening video to all “Trumpers,” is any better. If she disapproves of how she was treated, mistake or no mistake, she should be the last person lashing out in the very same way.

I mean, Johnson was so worked up over these “threats” she received that she went to the press. And not just in a written format, as with the Post. She actually appeared on Erin Burnett’s CNN show to speak about the matter.

And yet, a few hours later, she is issuing threats of her own – and not to just one person, mind you.

Well, don’t worry, she won’t get off scot-free.

Her Facebook Live video went viral, even after being deleted, and as a result, she has received more than a little blowback.

The first of which came from Michigan Speaker of the House and Republican Lee Chatfield. On Wednesday, he revoked nearly all of Johnson’s titles, except that of being a representative. Although, based on newly begun investigations into the liberal lawmaker, that to could soon be taken from her.

Chatfield wrote, “Threats to either Democrats or Republicans are unacceptable and un-American. They’re even more unbecoming of an elected official. Rep. Johnson has been removed from her committee assignments, and we are looking into further discipline action as the proper authorities conduct their own investigations.”

If it were up to me, Johnson would be removed from office permanently, not that anyone is likely to vote a woman like that back into office anytime soon.
